About me
Claire is a highly experienced business continuity and emergency management strategist and leader with expertise across various sectors, including education and government. She holds the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designation, a Master of Arts in Disaster and Emergency Management (MADEM), and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. Claire is the Owner and Principal Consultant of AILM Resiliency Consulting Agency. She is also Business Continuity Planning Officer in the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) for the City of Edmonton. Since 2015, Claire has been a dedicated instructor in NAIT’s Disaster and Emergency Management academic program.
